Q. Is it safe to order online?

Online ordering is the most secure method of purchase. We use the latest technology run by Chase / Yahoo for secure online credit card transaction methods.

Q. What is's return policy?
If you are displeased with an item you receive, you may return the item. The item may be returned so long as it is in its original, unopened condition within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. There are no exchanges or refunds on any item that has been used. All returns that are open or do not have the original packaging are subject to a fee, 15% of the original cost of the item less the shipping and handeling. For any claims on damaged items or other problems with your order please notify customer service by either e-mail at reserves the right whether or not to offer refunds.

When you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation and a summary of your order. Q. How to Return Items ?

Include a note for the reason for return, write the invoice number with your return on the outside of the box, and cushioning the package securely. We recommend that you use insurance when returning goods. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of Perfume Distributor's error.

Q. What happens when an item I want is back ordered or out of stock?
We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive your item.

Q. How do I place an order on-line?

In order to purchase any item on-line, click on the item and then click on the Add to cart button to the bottom of the item. When you have finished adding any or all items to your order, click My Shopping Bag. Make any adjustments to your order by the Update Quantities button, then proceed to our Check Out page. To ensure fast order processing, please fill out ALL required information. To complete the order, click the Submit Order button. An order confirmation will be given to you and we recommend you print this page. Please note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing address for your credit card. Orders without valid address verification may be delayed for further verification with your credit card company. We are not responsible if items was supposed to be shipped on the Next day, 2nd day or 3rd day and was not fulfilled due to address verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet our verification standards.

When an order is placed, your credit card will be charged within 24 hrs. If the bank needs more information, we will contact you. Your card is only charged when the package is shipped.

Q. What are Testers or Unboxed items?
Testers and unboxed items are bottles of the fragrance sold at a percentage of the regular price. Fragrance companies always want to promote their products and will offer testers and unboxed items to help increase the sales of their fragrance. We buy testers and unboxed items in new and unused form, both in bulk quantity and at discounted prices. By doing this we can pass the savings on to you, our favored customers. Testers and unboxed item packaging varies depending on the manufacturers' preferences. Some testers and unboxed items may come packaged in plain boxes, with or without a cap. Some bottles may have Tester or Demonstration written on the bottle, but this in no way affects the quality of the fragrance. Purchasing a tester is a great way to enjoy the same exact fragrance at a price you will love!
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
Of course, we love our northern neighbors. We can ship via USPS / UPS Postal Service. Any customs duties and taxes will be collected at the time of delivery. Note: Currently we can only ship to Canada with prepaid bank transfer only. We apologise for any inconvenience.
